Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DIVISION METHOD. We’re committed to making sure you love your new pieces. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

🛋️ 7-Day Return Policy (Furniture)

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@divisionmethod.com.au.

Conditions:

· Items must be in original condition and packaging.

· A restocking fee of 20% for Metro Sydney and 30% for other regions will be deducted from your refund.

· Furniture returns must be handled by a DIVISION METHOD–approved carrier (return delivery fee applies).

· Items marked as “Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return.

· Returns are only applicable to online purchases.

🏡 7-Day Return Policy (Homewares)

Returns for homewares must also be initiated within 7 days.

Conditions:

· Products must be unused and in original packaging.

· A restocking fee of 15% (Metro) or 20% (Regional) will apply.

· Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

· Sale items are not eligible for return.

Returns must be authorised before sending. Please email us to receive a Return Authorisation Number.

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days once we receive your return. Shipping and assembly costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours at support@divisionmethod.com.au with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
