These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DIVISION METHOD website and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Orders & Pricing

All prices on our website are in AUD and inclusive of GST. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

2. Delivery & Access

You are responsible for ensuring that items can access your space. Failed deliveries due to access limitations may incur additional fees and are not eligible for refund.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before purchase.

4. Product Variations

As many of our items are handcrafted or use natural materials, slight variations in finish or colour may occur. These are not considered defects.

5. Warranty

All furniture includes a 2-year structural warranty for residential use. Misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not covered. Warranty claims must include purchase proof and photos.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
